General Policy*
Please note that all presenters and participants must register to attend the conference. The early bird registration deadline is July 15, 2008, and the regular registration deadline is August 15, 2008. Conference registration does not include accommodation or travel costs. These are your responsibility. Hotel rates in the Boston/Cambridge region are very high. We encourage you to book your room in early July in order to get a reasonable rate. For room rates see the section "Venue & Accomodation".

Paid conference registration includes:

* Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of conference registration can be made up until August 15, 2008 with a 50 USD processing fee. For cancellations after August 15, 2008, unfortunately no refund can be made.
