Please note that all presenters and participants must register to attend the conference. The early bird registration fee of USD 495 is due on July 1st, 2010; and the regular registration fee of USD 595 is due on September 1st, 2010. The registration fee includes:
- Attendance to all conference sessions
- Registration materials
- Welcome reception
- Refreshments, coffee breaks
- Lunches
- Gala Dinner
Conference registration does not include accommodation or travel costs. Hotel rates in the Boston/Cambridge region are very high. We encourage you to book your room in early July in order to get a reasonable rate. For room rates see the section "Venue & Accomodation".

* Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of conference registration can be made up until August 30, 2010 with a 100 USD processing fee. For cancellations after September 1st, 2010, unfortunately no refund can be made. |
